LIVE WORKSHOP, online
Love learning how the brain works?
Now let's make it useful.
A 3.5-hour workshop to understand the brain behind behaviour, identify the real problem and respond more effectively, with less stress and wasted energy.
Live online | 3.5 hours | Small groups of 12–15

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Different situations.
Same human challenges.

The colleague who drives you mad.

The conversation you're avoiding.

The partner who reacts in a way you don't understand.

The teenager who suddenly seems to speak another language.

The boss who puts you instantly on edge.

And yourself, when you know better, but somehow do the opposite anyway.
Why start with the brain?
Because behaviour doesn't appear out of nowhere.
Behind the difficult colleague, the defensive reaction, the resistance, the argument, the overthinking and the conversation that somehow went completely off the rails, there's a brain responding to what it perceives is happening.
Understand some of those dynamics and human behaviour starts making a lot more sense. And when you can make better sense of what's happening, you can make better decisions about what to do next.
That's where neuroscience becomes useful.

IN THIS WORKSHOP
From understanding the brain to
real change.
This is not a theoretical training session. It's a practical, interactive workshop where I'll make the science simple, then we'll use it to understand what happens in real human situations: why we react the way we do, what may be driving other people's behaviour and what you can do differently once you understand what's actually going on.
1
Understand your brain.
Get a clear and simple explanation of how your brain works, what happens under pressure and why we sometimes behave in ways that don't make sense (at least not at first).
2
Use the science to decode behaviour.
Learn to look beyond what someone is doing and explore what may be happening underneath, so you can identify the real problem rather than simply reacting to what you see.
3
Bring a situation. We'll decode it together.
Work on real examples from your own life, with guidance, discussion and live analysis of selected situations.
4
Build your own instruction manual.
Start recognising your own patterns and learn how to use what you've discovered long after the workshop ends.
YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
Practical tools for real life.
A practical understanding of your brain
and how its dynamics show up in everyday behaviour.
A clearer way to read human behaviour
and look beyond the problem you can immediately see.
More confidence in difficult situations
because you'll have a better idea of what may actually be happening and what to do next.
Practical ways to use the science
at work, at home and anywhere humans get complicated.
